Elysé and Nuevo Retro is a soulful modern rock project currently in an active development phase, focused on defining a clear sonic lane and building a cohesive body of work. Led by vocalist Elysé—known for her low grit and soulful rasp—and developed in collaboration with Austin-based guitarist and producer Lance Keltner, the project emphasizes vocal identity, groove, and performance-driven songwriting.

Keltner brings decades of touring, recording, and production experience across blues, rock, and soul, contributing a seasoned, intentional approach to the project’s sound and structure. The lineup is completed by longtime collaborators Mike Moyer (bass/vocals), Cole Hanson (guitar/vocals), and Kevin Lance (drums/vocals), each a seasoned professional with extensive national touring and high-level studio experience.
